Is it ok to stay on the Recommended Serve for rapid building of my DHA level for more than 3 months? I haven’t reduced to the maintenance dose because 3/day is working so well for me.

You are fine to keep up with the high dosage as you cannot overdose. We have done the same and then somehow ‘just know’ we can drop back – by either taking less quantity or skipping a day or two.
